About the Role

You support traders and proprietary leads by monitoring trading operations, conducting research, assisting with strategy and algorithm deployment, executing trades, rebalancing assets, tracking client treasury balances, preparing reports, and responding to client questions. You receive hands-on training in digital asset trading and liquidity strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related technical field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in trading and market structure
• Basic understanding of digital asset markets
• Attention to detail
• Ability to make decisions under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Python, SQL, or another programming language preferred
• Market making, trading, or execution services experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the structured data room build
• Lead and contribute to research initiatives
• Support deployment of algorithms, clients, and markets
• Monitor and respond to trading alerts
• Assist with active trading
• Assist with trade execution
• Assist with asset rebalancing
• Track client treasury balances
• Provide recurring and ad-hoc trading reports
• Respond to client questions
• Escalate questions to senior traders
