Marketing Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Support the marketing team with influencer research, outreach, and negotiation assistance.
• Manage document workflows, including NDAs, contractor agreements, invoices, and payment tracking.
• Coordinate external contractors, including initial negotiations, briefings, deadlines, and deliverable acceptance.
• Support go-to-market launches and Discovery initiatives by gathering information, preparing materials, and participating in deep interviews.
• Request and structure analytics on projects and competitors.
• Compile, design, and structure internal and external presentations.

Requirements

• Junior-level profile with 2+ years of experience in marketing, PR, or product marketing.
• High responsibility, strong multitasking skills, and a systematic approach to task and invoice tracking.
• Confident use of presentation tools, task trackers such as Asana, and basic AI tools such as ChatGPT.
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proactivity, curiosity, and readiness to learn quickly.
• Advanced Russian and English proficiency required.

• Basic understanding of marketing metrics and product go-to-market processes.
