Salary: €2,221 gross per month

is a global company with Talent Acquisition Operations teams that build the systems, tools, and frameworks supporting hiring across markets.
What you will do
- Support the rollout of global hiring standards, training content, hiring resources, and recruiter and hiring-manager guides.
- Assist with recruiting technology and AI tool implementation, including video interviewing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Contribute to recruiting technology research, reporting, license coordination, and data quality management.
- Support Early Careers and other talent pipeline programs through process coordination, materials, and activities.
- Help update and improve elements of the careers site.
- Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Operations team and Talent Acquisition colleagues worldwide.
Requirements
- Recently graduated, ideally in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working with data and detailed information.
- Structured and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to ask questions across different areas of work.
Nice to have
- Previous exposure to HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations through internships, working-student roles, or projects.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of or interest in using AI tools to improve work efficiency.
