TL;DR
Motion Designer (AI): Creating and adapting branded video content, transforming static concepts into motion, and developing 2D and AI-generated videos with an accent on compositing, sound design, and product identity. Focus on automating production workflows, solving complex video-editing and element-replacement tasks, and mentoring motion designers through design reviews.
Location: Remote or onsite in Armenia, Cyprus, Kazakhstan, or Ukraine

What you will do
- Create and adapt video content in line with brand books, guidelines, and existing design systems.
- Transform static concepts into motion while preserving product identity.
- Develop 2D and AI-generated videos.
- Perform video editing, retouching, compositing, and element replacement.
- Mentor motion designers and conduct design reviews.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in After Effects, including plugins and scripts.
- Deep understanding of 2D animation principles and advanced proficiency with AI tools for video generation and animation.
- Intermediate proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, and Media Encoder.
- Experience with sound design, video editing, retouching, compositing, and element replacement.
- Ability to work independently and follow brand books, guidelines, and design systems.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Experience automating production workflows.
