Principal GTM Solution Specialist (AI Cloud)

Location: New York, NY or San Francisco, CA

Salary: $198,000–$264,000 base salary annually, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the commercial and technical strategy for new CoreWeave Omni wins involving customer- or partner-owned data centers.
• Qualify and develop large, multi-year opportunities with enterprises, partners, and sovereign AI programs.
• Build expertise in Omni’s managed cloud region model, including control plane operations, fleet lifecycle management, managed services, observability, and support.
• Translate requirements around data residency, sovereign controls, billing separation, and identity federation into product roadmap input.
• Design asset-lite deal structures, partner resell frameworks, deployment milestones, SLAs, and capacity ramps.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to assess feasibility, investment, operational complexity, revenue confidence, and margin.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, data center services, or enterprise technology business development.
• 5+ years working with hybrid, on-premises, or distributed cloud offerings in a customer-facing or deal-shaping role.
• Experience structuring and closing complex technical deals exceeding $10M in contract value with multi-year terms.
• Strong understanding of data center economics, including power, land, construction, capex, opex, ownership, tax incentives, and regulation.
• Working knowledge of sovereign cloud, data residency, regulated-industry requirements, and the technical, legal, and contractual controls used to address them.
• Technical fluency in managed cloud regions, bare-metal GPU compute, high-performance networking, storage, Kubernetes, observability, and identity.

Nice to have

• Experience taking dedicated, distributed, or sovereign cloud offerings from first customers to a repeatable go-to-market motion.
• Background in partner and channel models, resell economics, metering, billing separation, white-label, or partner-branded delivery.
• Familiarity with GPU clusters, InfiniBand or RoCE fabrics, data center design, and large-scale fleet lifecycle management.
• Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
