Senior Systems Support Engineer (.Net/Java)

What you will do

• Manage incidents, analyze application monitoring metrics, generate reports, and take corrective actions.
• Debug complex application systems and troubleshoot business-impacting issues.
• Improve system stability, availability, operational efficiency, and software delivery practices.
• Use logging, alerting, monitoring, cloud, containerization, and DevOps tools to deploy and run software.
• Deliver high-quality bug fixes and enhancements while working with collaborative Agile teams.
• Mentor junior-level consultants and less experienced peers through technical guidance and leadership.

Requirements

• Experience with Java or .NET, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and scripting with Python or PowerShell.
• Understanding of monolithic, N-tier, layered, microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Strong debugging and triaging skills, with experience supporting relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience with Docker, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, and application monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Knowledge of cloud resource optimization, monitoring and alerting, security best practices, and Agile methods including Scrum or Kanban.
• Willingness to participate in a rotation- and need-based 24x7 available team.
