Senior Tool Admin (Polarion/Jama) (Requirements Management): Maintaining and improving enterprise requirements management tools, including Polarion, 3DS, Jama, and R4J, with an accent on administration, configuration, traceability, and tool performance. Focus on designing custom reports, integrating tools into DevOps workflows, supporting aSPICE compliance, and coaching engineering teams on requirements management best practices.

What you will do
- Maintain and administer Polarion, 3DS, Jama, R4J, and other requirements management tools on existing infrastructure.
- Assess business requirements and determine the most suitable requirements management tool for each use case.
- Design custom traceability, implementation-status, and test-status reports.
- Support engineers through coaching, online training, and guidance on requirements management best practices.
- Drive end-to-end tool architecture, performance, security, and compliance with corporate standards.
- Integrate requirements management tools with development tools to support DevOps practices and data flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience using and administering Polarion, 3DS, Jama, DOORS, DOORS Next Gen, CodeBeamer, Requirements Yogy, R4J, TFS, or similar ALM/PLM systems.
- Experience with SQL, JavaScript, or similar technologies for extending tooling functionality.
- Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to learn new skills, collaborate effectively, and work as a team player.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of aSPICE, ISO 26262, TISAX, or similar standards.
- Experience in automotive, software quality assurance, system testing, safety-critical systems, or system and software architecture.
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
