Senior Fullstack Developer (Vue/PHP)

Location: Hybrid in The Hague, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands

Salary: €4,500–€6,500 gross per month based on a 40-hour week

What you will do

• Build workforce management features end-to-end across Vue.js 3 and PHP 8/Symfony.
• Work within a project squad alongside a Product Owner, UX designer, and fellow engineers.
• Design technical solutions and keep features moving from idea through release.
• Review merge requests and provide direct technical feedback.
• Measure and address performance and security issues, proposing effective alternatives.
• Work in six-week development cycles followed by two weeks for reflection and reset.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a senior Full Stack Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Vue.js 3, PHP 8, Symfony, and MySQL.
• Comfortable working with Git, GitLab or GitHub, Docker, and automated testing.
• Knowledge of security best practices and performance measurement and optimization.
• Ability to switch between frontend and backend development as project needs change.
• Strong problem-solving, active listening, and adaptability skills.

Nice to have

• Background in B2B, SaaS, or HR technology.
