Coordinator, Customer Order Management with French

Location: Gdańsk, Poland; hybrid work between the office and remote

Salary: 7,400–8,400 PLN per year

What you will do

• Manage the Order-to-Cash process, including order fulfillment and billing.
• Enter and verify order data to support accurate deliveries and invoices.
• Register and resolve transportation complaints.
• Communicate with customers about order status, confirmations, and shipment details by phone and email.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Follow internal policies and performance targets.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English; an additional language is an asset.
• At least one year of experience in order management or customer service.
• Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Additional language skills.
