Senior Motion Designer (Mobile Games)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work with 3 days at the office

What you will do

• Design and execute high-quality 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for user acquisition ads, social media, in-game cinematics, and promotional materials.
• Translate static artwork, storyboards, and wireframes into engaging animations for MONOPOLY GO! and other game properties.
• Participate in reviews, incorporate feedback from Art Directors and peers, and iterate rapidly to refine animation quality.
• Organize project files and optimize motion assets for smooth performance in mobile games.
• Collaborate in a constructive cross-feedback environment with a strong focus on detail and creative quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, advertising, entertainment marketing, or a related field.
• Mandatory excellent video reel or portfolio demonstrating expert-level motion design and animation.
• Proficiency with After Effects, Cinema 4D, Octane Render Engine, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop.
• Strong art direction, storytelling, visual taste, video editing, color grading, and sound design skills.
• Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and passion for mobile games, especially MONOPOLY GO!.
• Excellent English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine for cinematic-quality renders.
• Knowledge of Unity or illustration.
• Understanding of social media, performance marketing, and user acquisition creatives.
• Interest in AI-assisted design tools and their creative applications.
