Motion Designer & AI Video Creative (AI)

Location: Remote from Ukraine or Cyprus

What you will do

• Edit and produce social-first videos from concept to final delivery.
• Create and adapt content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Use existing footage and creative assets to produce polished video and static content.
• Create realistic AI-generated people, characters, scenes, environments, and videos.
• Occasionally create static ad content for Affiliate, SEO, ASO, and other organic marketing projects.
• Collaborate with the social media team and other designers to turn creative briefs into visual content.

Requirements

• Experience as a motion designer, video editor, or in a similar creative role.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI for image and video creation.
• Experience creating realistic AI-generated people and characters is required, including maintaining a consistent appearance across images and videos.
• Experience with Kling, Magnific, Higgsfield, or similar AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, camera movement, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• A portfolio is required and must showcase AI-generated people or influencers, AI video, motion design, and static ads.

Nice to have

• Experience combining AI with traditional video, motion design, and storytelling.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new creative tools and workflows.
