Motion Designer & AI Video Creative

Location: Remote from Lithuania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, or Romania

What you will do

• Edit and produce social-first videos from concept to final delivery for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Work with existing footage and creative assets to create polished video and static content.
• Create realistic AI-generated people, characters, scenes, environments, and videos.
• Develop creative concepts and visual content for organic marketing.
• Occasionally create static ad content for Affiliate, SEO, ASO, and other organic projects.
• Collaborate with the social media team and other designers to translate creative briefs into visual content.

Requirements

• Experience as a motion designer, video editor, or in a similar creative role.
• Good understanding of social media formats and short-form content.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI for image and video creation.
• Experience creating realistic AI-generated people and characters, including maintaining a consistent appearance across images and videos.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, camera movement, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• A portfolio is required and must showcase AI-generated people or influencers, AI video, motion design, and static ads.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools such as Kling, Magnific, Higgsfield, or similar platforms.
