AI Security Specialist

Location: Remote in Portugal with attendance at the office 1–2 times per month

What you will do

• Review Copilot deployments and identify threats including prompt injection, model tampering, and data poisoning.
• Implement identity and access management, Conditional Access policies, Zero Trust principles, and operational security guardrails for Copilot workloads.
• Develop threat models, perform controlled security tests and red-team activities, and assess custom Copilot plugins and third-party integrations.
• Build monitoring capabilities, detect anomalies, and respond to Copilot-related security incidents.
• Handle complex Copilot security, performance, and usage issues at third-level support.
• Create documentation, targeted training, escalation patterns, support standards, and validate Copilot data flows, encryption, and protection mechanisms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of cybersecurity experience and 3+ years working with Microsoft 365 and Azure security.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and threat modeling.
• Practical experience with PowerShell, Python, or C#.
• Fluent English and Portuguese location eligibility are required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Applied Cryptography.
• Microsoft Security, Azure Security, CISSP, or AZ-500 certifications.
