Social Media Content Specialist (iGaming): Developing localized social media content plans, campaigns, posts, memes, stories, and reels for sports-focused audiences with an accent on football context, local market adaptation, and brand voice. Focus on monitoring trends and cultural events, coordinating designer briefs, analyzing engagement, and improving content performance across Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.
Location: Remote from Kazakhstan, Ukraine, or Uzbekistan

What you will do
- Develop and execute social media content plans aligned with global SMM strategy and marketing goals.
- Localize content for market-specific events, celebrations, stop-topics, and cultural context.
- Create ideas, titles, captions, memes, stories, and reels in the required tone of voice.
- Prepare Jira briefs for designers and coordinate cross-geo campaigns.
- Monitor internet trends, memes, football news, and cultural events relevant to the audience.
- Track content performance, audience reactions, and engagement insights, then suggest improvement hypotheses.
Requirements
- 1+ year of SMM experience and 2+ years of content creation experience.
- Deep understanding of football, including teams, players, tournaments, and relevant context.
- Strong knowledge of internet trends, memes, visual aesthetics, composition, typography, and color.
- Good self-management, prioritization, focus, and discipline.
- Proactive collaboration, openness to feedback, emotional intelligence, and a sense of humor.
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva, Figma, CapCut, Telegram, Google Workspace, Notion, and basic analytics tools.
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming, betting, or casino projects.
- Basic Photoshop or Figma skills.
- Experience using AI tools, including Midjourney or other AI image tools.
