Consumer Panel Administrator

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; local presence required 1 to 2 days per week

Salary: €46,400–€63,500 yearly

What you will do

• Execute data acquisition processes and related project work for Germany, including activities requiring local review, contacts, or language-specific support.
• Manage consumer panel surveys from questionnaire testing and validation through launch, monitoring, and quality compliance.
• Maintain the 30,000-household panel sample, including recruitment planning and member replacement.
• Develop and deploy panel member engagement initiatives, rewards, incentives, and targeted communication plans.
• Coordinate local operations and act as the contact for global external service providers such as helpdesk providers.
• Support the Panel Expansion Project by implementing local action plans and collaborating with Input Validation, Statistical Operations, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• English and German language skills required.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience handling and manipulating data.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to document work and prioritize documentation effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R.
• Experience managing multiple projects with changing deadlines and priorities.
• French language skills.
