What you will do

• Lead and scale a high-performing publishing team including marketing, operations, community management, and technical support.
• Direct the end-to-end game lifecycle from preparation and soft launch through to full launch and live operations.
• Manage full P&L accountability to drive profitability and align operational activities with financial objectives.
• Define and implement product strategies focused on monetization, user engagement, and long-term growth.
• Execute integrated product roadmaps, including feature updates and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics and benchmark against competitors to maintain a market advantage.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the online or mobile gaming industry.
• Proven leadership experience in game publishing, specifically with at least two successful game launches.
• Deep expertise in the Vietnamese market.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• Experience leading and managing large teams of 30+ members.
• Position based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Nice to have

• Proven track record in publishing RPG, MMORPG, or Shooter titles.
• Senior-level experience at a leading publisher.
