Head of Game Operation (Game Publishing)

What you will do

• Lead and scale a publishing team across marketing, operations, community management, customer support, and technical support.
• Own the full game lifecycle from market evaluation and pre-launch preparation through soft launch, full launch, and live operations.
• Manage P&L accountability and align operational and marketing activities with revenue and profitability targets.
• Define product strategies focused on monetization, user engagement, player retention, and long-term growth.
• Build local partnerships with vendors, community organizations, influencers, and brand partners.
• Plan online and offline activations, analyze performance metrics, benchmark competitors, and optimize market results.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the Vietnamese online or mobile gaming industry.
• At least two successful game launches as a publishing lead with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience building local partnerships and executing online and offline activations.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese gaming culture, player sentiment, and community dynamics.
• Experience leading and developing large cross-functional teams of 30+ members.
• Fluent Vietnamese and English; based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Nice to have

• Senior-level experience at a leading game publisher, preferably in Vietnam.
• Experience with RPG, MMORPG, or shooter titles.
