What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and optimize system software across firmware, drivers, operating systems, middleware, and AI software frameworks.
• Build software solutions using C, C++, and Python for hirify.global platforms and technologies.
• Support machine learning, deep learning, Generative AI, LLM, diffusion model, and reinforcement learning initiatives.
• Develop and enhance MLOps and deep learning CI/CD workflows.
• Analyze performance, debug software and hardware interactions, and optimize solutions.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, architecture, and AI engineers on real-world projects.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
• Available to work full-time for at least six months.
• At least three months of academic or professional experience developing software in Linux and/or Windows environments.
• Experience programming in C, C++, and/or Python.
• Experience with machine learning or deep learning development and TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Experience with reinforcement learning and/or Generative AI technologies, including LLMs and diffusion models.

Nice to have

• Experience triaging and debugging hardware-software issues.
• Experience developing or supporting deep learning CI/CD or MLOps workflows.
• Experience creating robust and reliable deep learning deployment solutions.
