Senior Principal Configuration Management Associate

Location: United States citizenship required; work is performed within hirify.global facilities.

Salary: USD $55.26–$59.27 per hour

What you will do

• Establish and maintain configuration and data management policies, processes, templates, and project documentation.
• Define project Configuration Control Board structures, hierarchies, thresholds, and change-control criteria.
• Implement and maintain Engineering Change Notice systems covering product improvements, repairs, and new product development.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, field operations, quality, program management, and customer representatives during change reviews.
• Maintain product baselines and ensure configuration items and change artifacts are documented, auditable, and compliant with ISO and internal or external audit requirements.
• Create Configuration/Data Management Plans, training materials, proposal inputs, and provide direction to lower-level employees.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required because the work involves U.S. Government classified information.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at hire.
• Associate degree in a technical field plus at least 9 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; alternatively, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus at least 8 years of related experience.
• Expertise in Configuration Management, Data Management, industry practices, and Third-Party Software management.
• Strong experience with Product Data Management applications, Software Configuration Management applications, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organizational, time-management, multitasking, attention-to-detail, and independent problem-solving skills.
