Dimensions Applications Consultant (UKG Dimensions)

Location: Remote within the United States; listed locations are Livonia or Ann Arbor, Michigan. Travel of up to 20% may be required.

What you will do

• Design, configure, test, validate, and integrate UKG Dimensions capabilities.
• Assess business requirements and define business, computational, and technical specifications.
• Design application architectures, interfaces, reporting solutions, and third-party integrations.
• Lead research, proofs of concept, prototypes, and development of new capabilities.
• Create and maintain architectural diagrams, technical documentation, roadmaps, and product-specific standards.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Engineering, Service Optimization, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or information technology, plus at least seven years of progressively responsible IT experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of experience with UKG/Kronos hardware, software, applications, and systems engineering across at least two IT disciplines.
• Advanced knowledge of multiple architectures, systems design, entity relationships, and Dell Boomi integrations.
• At least five years of experience designing and developing processing, reporting, analytics, and UKG/Kronos application solutions.
• Knowledge of healthcare processes and data linkages across clinical, financial, and patient administrative areas.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, verbal, interpersonal, and collaborative leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of healthcare nomenclature and clinical and financial business processes.
• Experience with multiple technical architectures and programming languages.
