Shopify Manager (Ecommerce & B2B)

Location: Remote from the Philippines or South Africa

hirify.global supports a lighting brand operating two Shopify ecommerce websites and one wholesale catalog website, with locations in Canada and the United States.

What you will do

• Manage and support three Shopify websites, including two ecommerce storefronts and one wholesale catalog site.
• Maintain and improve website functionality, design, aesthetics, and user experience.
• Identify site issues and opportunities proactively, then recommend and implement solutions.
• Upload and manage approximately 500 products during major product launches held about twice per year.
• Support and scale the B2B wholesale program across two Shopify Plus sites, including pricing structures and customer-specific experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams and support the planned launch of Canadian ecommerce functionality.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience managing Shopify and Shopify Plus websites.
• Experience with complex B2B ecommerce structures, including tiered or customer-specific pricing, gated content, login-based pricing, and wholesale functionality.
• Experience with large-scale product uploads and catalog management, with strong attention to detail.
• Resourceful, solutions-oriented, and comfortable proactively recommending improvements.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely from the Philippines or South Africa.

Nice to have

• Experience with international or multi-market Shopify setups, including multiple currencies or regions.
• Previous experience supporting a Shopify Plus B2B or wholesale trade program.
