Frontend SW Developer/Scrum Master (React)

Location: Hybrid work between remote work and the office in Nacka, Sweden

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Develop reusable UI components, patterns, and shared component libraries for multiple product teams.
• Improve usability, accessibility, performance, and developer experience.
• Collaborate with UX designers, architects, Product Owners, and development teams across hirify.global.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for a team of approximately eight people.
• Support Agile practices, remove impediments, and drive continuous delivery and team improvement.

Requirements

• Strong experience developing modern web applications with React.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience building scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.
• Previous Scrum Master experience or a strong interest in Agile coaching and servant leadership.
• Collaborative mindset and interest in helping teams and developers succeed.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with on-site presence in Nacka, Sweden.
