What you will do
- Own CRM strategy and execution for LATAM, with Argentina as the core market.
- Build and manage lifecycle campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Design and test bonus mechanics.
- Segment players by deposit behavior, NGR, and activity, then personalize offers.
- Track retention, reactivation, and other metrics with BI and adjust CRM strategy based on data.
- Manage and mentor CRM team members when applicable, including campaign prioritization and reviews.
Requirements
- 3+ years of CRM experience in iGaming, ideally across casino and sportsbook verticals.
- Practical experience using WhatsApp as a primary CRM channel and working with CRM automation platforms.
- Understanding of bonuses and bonus mechanics.
- Data literacy, including the ability to understand reports and act on insights.
- Experience managing multiple brands and leading teams.
- Upper-intermediate English required; Spanish is a strong advantage.
