Middle .NET Software Engineer (GameTech)

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and take ownership of reliable backend services from conception through production.
• Develop scalable solutions for a high-traffic, highly available, and distributed GameTech platform serving millions of users.
• Work with .NET Core, C#, microservices, REST APIs, RabbitMQ, MS SQL Server, and OpenShift.
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective software solutions and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders.
• Ensure software quality throughout the SDLC, including testing, monitoring, logging, QA practices, and AI-assisted development.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, introduce effective technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience developing production-level software with .NET Core.
• Strong C# skills and practical experience with MVC, microservices architecture, REST APIs, HTTP, and asynchronous communication.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, MS SQL Server, relational databases, and quality practices for large-scale distributed systems.
• Good knowledge of algorithms and design patterns.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development workflows and a strong focus on software quality.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered features or integrations.
• Experience with OpenShift or similar container orchestration platforms.
• Experience with high-load or highly available systems, cloud platforms, distributed architectures, and production observability.
• Experience with other message brokers or event-driven architectures.
