Senior Product/UX Designer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Align design goals with business objectives using design thinking and human-centered problem-solving.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Design intuitive experiences across UX, interaction design, information architecture, and user interface design.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to translate concepts into tangible solutions.
• Use AI-powered design and research tools for ideation, prototyping, content creation, and user insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, evolve design systems, apply inclusive WCAG practices, and mentor junior and mid-level designers.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product/UX Design.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with Material Design and WCAG.
• Excellent English communication skills, including presenting and defending design decisions.
• Ability to solve complex design challenges independently and manage the full design process with support.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience mentoring junior and mid-level designers.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or wealth management.
• Strong UX research skills, including user interviews, usability testing, and insight synthesis.
