Location: Office-based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 120,000–155,000 per year

What you will do

• Drive development of Object Bank mandates for Splinter Cell from planning through delivery.
• Define roadmaps, schedules, deliverables, quality targets, milestones, development strategies, and budgets.
• Develop workflows and production pipelines that support collaboration and efficient delivery.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, lead producers, production directors, production managers, and outsourcing partners across time zones.
• Track progress, prioritize deliverables, manage risks, and keep production on schedule.
• Contribute to recruitment, process improvement, and the professional growth of team members.

Requirements

• Strong experience in video game production or project management.
• Experience working with outsourcing companies and managing deliverables.
• Familiarity with a variety of project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to different projects, people, situations, and interdependencies.
• Collaborative, attentive, innovative, people-oriented approach with the ability to manage substantial amounts of information.
