DevSecOps Engineer (AI Security)

Location: Hybrid in the Limassol or Almaty office, or fully remote outside office locations; positions are also listed in Serbia. Relocation to Cyprus with visa support is available.

What you will do

• Improve the security of AWS and Kubernetes platforms through IAM, RBAC, encryption, secrets management, network controls, and policy-as-code.
• Manage edge security, including traffic filtering, WAF configuration, and external exposure management.
• Perform security reviews of new services, architectural changes, and platform components.
• Embed SAST, dependency scanning, container scanning, and policy enforcement into SDLC and CI/CD workflows.
• Lead vulnerability detection, assessment, prioritization, and reporting.
• Define AI infrastructure security controls and mitigate prompt injection, data leakage, model abuse, and agent privilege escalation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps, cloud security, or a related field.
• Production experience operating AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing security in Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong knowledge of access control, secrets management, network security, encryption, container security, and application security risks.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with AI/LLM security, including LLM gateways, MCP servers, or agent-based workflows.
• Comfort with scripting, Git-based development, cross-functional collaboration, and clear written and spoken English.

• Experience scaling security practices in fast-growing or regulated environments.
