Application Security Engineer (iGaming)

TL;DR

Application Security Engineer (iGaming): Embedding security into applications, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and internal platforms with an accent on secure architecture, automated controls, and software supply chain security. What you will do

• Deliver application, cloud, infrastructure, and platform security initiatives with engineering and product teams.
• Design and review secure architectures based on secure-by-design principles.
• Integrate security controls and tooling into development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and product lifecycles.
• Develop security standards, policies, technical controls, and automated threat modelling capabilities.
• Support secure cloud transformation and migration from on-premises environments.
• Identify risks, conduct architecture and application security reviews, and recommend practical mitigations.

Requirements

• Experience integrating security tooling and automated controls into modern CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience securing JavaScript and TypeScript applications and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD platforms and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Helm, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with Python or Shell scripting, Docker, container technologies, and service mesh solutions such as Istio.
• Experience with security architecture reviews, threat modelling, application security assessments, and Agile development.
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or similar frameworks and regulations.
• Experience securing Kubernetes environments and designing secure AWS or hybrid infrastructure.
• CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, CEH, or equivalent certification.
