Senior Security Operations Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Greater London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working model with home working available up to three days per week; in-person attendance is required for the second-stage interview at the London Bridge Hub.

What you will do

• Respond to and analyse Security Operations Centre escalations.
• Assist with oversight of the vulnerability management position.
• Manage business-as-usual requests and enhancements for DLP, IGA, and PAM tooling.
• Expand and fine-tune Endpoint Privilege Management capabilities.
• Support security and data privacy training initiatives, including training courses and phishing simulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related technical area.
• Experience with data protection technologies and data classification.
• At least one relevant security certification or equivalent, such as CIPM, CIPP/E, GSEC, CISM, or CISSP.
• Identity and access management training or equivalent, such as ITIL Service Management or Microsoft AD Management.
• Experience overseeing internal controls for Identity and Access Management and advising on data privacy, protection laws, and industry standards.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Governance, SailPoint, identity vaults, federation, single sign-on, Okta, and Azure.

Nice to have

• Experience with Endpoint Privilege Management rollout.
• Change management certification such as CCMP, Change Management Specialist Certification, or Change Management Certified Professional.
• Experience managing relationships with senior leadership teams and partners.
