AI Product Enablement Engineer

Location: Hybrid; at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients, with at least one weekly anchor day for office-based teams

What you will do

• Execute structured prompt testing and refinement across defined AI use cases.
• Configure and test custom GPTs and AI assistants, validating clarity, consistency, safety, and usability.
• Prototype lightweight AI workflows, assess feasibility and usage boundaries, and escalate technical constraints.
• Build prompt libraries, living exemplars, structured guides, reusable use-case documentation, and technical training materials.
• Support office hours, working sessions, AI coaching, and responses to inbound questions.
• Track recurring questions and usage patterns and share structured observations with AI Product Strategy leads.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, digital enablement, or technology-adjacent roles.
• Exposure to AI tools and interest in experimentation.
• Experience supporting documentation or analysis in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• Fluency with AI tools and prompt experimentation.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, reliable execution, and clear written communication.
• Comfort working within defined processes and a strong learning orientation.
