Quotient Inside AI Product Enablement Engineer (AI)

Location: Corporate Tower 8, Pavilion Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Malaysia; hybrid work with colleagues expected to be in the local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Execute structured prompt testing and refinement across defined AI use cases.
• Configure and test custom GPTs and AI assistants, validate outputs for clarity, consistency, safety, and usability, and prototype lightweight AI workflows.
• Identify basic technical constraints, assess AI-tool feasibility and usage boundaries, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, living exemplars, structured guides, reusable use-case documentation, technical examples, demos, and enablement materials.
• Support office hours, working sessions, AI coaching, and responses to inbound questions by translating user needs into prompts or Product Strategy actions.
• Track recurring questions and usage patterns and share structured observations and technical input with AI Product Strategy leads.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, digital enablement, or technology-adjacent roles.
• Exposure to AI tools and interest in experimentation, including AI tool fluency and prompt experimentation.
• Experience supporting documentation or analysis work in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• Comfort operating within defined processes and working in an experimentation-driven manner.
• Detail-oriented, reliable execution with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Clear written communication and a strong learning orientation.
