What you will do

• Explore emerging hirify.globalerative AI technologies, models, frameworks, and tools, and apply relevant innovations to practical AI-powered solutions.
• Design and develop applications, workflows, ahirify.globalts, and intellihirify.globalt systems.
• Build and evolve AI-powered solutions from concept to production.
• Improve the quality, reliability, and effectiveness of AI-powered solutions through testing, iteration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product teams to develop and deliver AI-powered capabilities.
• Help build reliable, high-quality, and responsible AI solutions.

Requirements

• Passion for hirify.globalerative AI and emerging AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience building applications using modern AI models, platforms, and tools.
• Familiarity with modern hirify.globalerative AI concepts such as retrieval-augmented hirify.globaleration (RAG), ahirify.globaltic workflows, tool use, model evaluation, or AI orchestration patterns.
• Strong technical judgment, software development, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently drive projects from idea to implementation.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Experience developing AI-powered products or capabilities in production environments.
• Experience with machine learning, data science, experimentation, or other analytical techniques.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects, technical communities, hackathons, research initiatives, or personal AI projects.
