Account Manager, Engaged - Seattle (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States

Salary: $165,000–$205,000 base salary per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and grow a portfolio of 15–30 active billing customers across cloud infrastructure and SaaS software.
• Drive retention, renewals, adoption, and expansion revenue across the customer portfolio.
• Identify, negotiate, and close renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities.
• Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders and monitor account health, usage, and consumption trends.
• Coordinate Solutions Architects, Technical Solutions Managers, support, product specialists, and other internal teams to resolve issues and support customer outcomes.
• Forecast and report on portfolio revenue, renewals, and expansion pipeline.

Requirements

• 6+ years of sales, account management, or customer-facing commercial experience in cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, AI platforms, or related technology markets.
• Experience managing multiple active customer accounts and driving retention, renewals, and expansion revenue.
• Experience negotiating and closing commercial deals, including renewals and upsells.
• Experience meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Must meet U.S. export-control access requirements, including U.S. person status or eligibility for required authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms, hyperscalers, AI infrastructure, or adjacent software platforms.
• Experience managing infrastructure and SaaS customers within one portfolio.
• Familiarity with usage-based revenue models, large-scale compute, bare metal, inference, or AI platforms.
