What you will do
- Analyze and reverse-engineer complex mobile applications using static and dynamic analysis.
- Decode binary formats, proprietary file formats, custom encryption protocols, and application data.
- Investigate hidden digital artifacts and reconstruct application data for digital forensic use cases.
- Use AI agents, LLMs, and Model Context Protocol integrations with tools such as IDA and JADX to accelerate research.
- Convert research discoveries into production-quality C# code deployed globally.
- Build intelligent automation tools for forensic research and reverse engineering.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience from an elite IDF technology unit.
- 3+ years of experience in security research, reverse engineering, or digital forensics.
- Hands-on experience with IDA Pro, JADX, Frida, Ghidra, and other static or dynamic reverse-engineering tools.
- Strong programming and object-oriented design skills, preferably in C#.
- Familiarity with or strong interest in integrating LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI tools into research and coding pipelines.
- Curiosity and ability to solve highly complex technical puzzles.
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile application security, sandbox bypassing, or root/jailbreak detection.
- Deep understanding of SQLite, Realm, and other internal database structures.
- Familiarity with cryptographic concepts and custom protocol analysis.
