UA/Growth Manager (Mobile Apps) (ASA/ASO/AppsFlyer): Managing and optimizing paid and organic acquisition for a mobile SaaS product across 15+ markets with an accent on profitable customer growth, app store optimization, and performance analysis. Focus on testing new growth channels, improving campaign ROI, and collaborating on performance creatives.

What you will do
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across iOS and Android using ASA, Meta Ads, Google UAC, and TikTok Ads in more than 15 markets.
- Improve app store optimization through keyword research, metadata optimization, screenshot updates, and A/B testing.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI in AppsFlyer and recommend data-driven next steps.
- Collaborate on the creation of performance marketing creatives.
- Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience managing user acquisition campaigns for mobile apps or games.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and act on them.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
- Regular use of AI tools in daily work.
- Self-directed approach to learning, investigation, and experimentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with AppsFlyer or another mobile measurement partner.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or subscription-based apps.
- Experience with Figma or other design tools.
