TL;DR
Corporate Finance Leader (B2B SaaS): Owning Anrok's corporate model, financial planning, board preparation, and investor narrative with an accent on revenue, cost, headcount, cash, COGS, and margin analysis. Focus on building AI-assisted finance workflows, evaluating capital allocation and operating-model scenarios, and translating complex financial performance into executive decisions.
Location: Hybrid, based out of office hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Salt Lake City, or Dublin; in-person collaboration 3 days per week.

What you will do
- Prepare board materials and help shape the investor narrative by translating financial results into a clear business outlook.
- Own the integrated corporate model covering revenue, costs, headcount, and cash.
- Lead the end-to-end financial planning process and partner with Accounting and organizational leaders on budget-versus-actuals analysis.
- Partner with GTM, Engineering, People, and Operations on budgeting, COGS strategy, margin, and investment decisions.
- Advise the Head of Finance on capital allocation, cost structure, and operating-model scenarios.
- Build AI-assisted workflows for recurring corporate finance analysis using Omni, NetSuite, Python, n8n, and Claude.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A.
- Experience building financial models, stress-testing assumptions, and partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders.
- Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS financials, corporate modeling, gross margin, COGS, operating expenses, headcount planning, and board metrics.
- Fluency in three-statement modeling, GAAP, financial systems, BI tools, NetSuite, Omni, and SQL/Python.
- Ability to form clear recommendations, communicate trade-offs, and influence executive decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field; CPA or MBA is a plus.

- Experience with AI-assisted workflows, Python, n8n, LLM-based tooling, or equivalent automation.
- CPA or MBA.
