Senior P&C Actuarial - Actuarial Analyst

Location: Hybrid work in Bloomington, Illinois; Dunwoody, Georgia; Richardson, Texas; or Tempe, Arizona. Office attendance is required at least 2 days per week, increasing to 3 days per week in 2027.

Salary: $110,000–$165,000 per year, plus potential incentive pay of up to 15% of base salary.

What you will do

• Develop actuarial recommendations for leadership and implement changes supporting financial objectives.
• Develop and apply statistical modeling techniques to solve business problems.
• Conduct research and identify solutions to actuarial problems.
• Analyze and prepare responses to actuarial questions and issues.
• Collaborate with business partners across the organization to solve multifaceted problems.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in actuarial work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or another analytical field.
• Experience with data and statistical analysis using Excel, SQL, R, and/or Python.
• Successful completion of at least three Society of Actuaries or Casualty Actuarial Society exams.
• Intention to earn or maintain ACAS/FCAS continuing education requirements; ACAS designation is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work lawfully in the United States immediately; visa sponsorship is not available.
