Recruiter (Gaming): Building and owning the Player Care department's full-cycle recruiting pipeline, from market mapping and proactive sourcing to offers and probation success, with an accent on volume hiring, senior searches, and structured selection systems. Focus on designing scorecards and assessment workflows, analyzing funnel metrics, and closing relocation candidates for an onsite role in Limassol.
Location: On-site in Limassol, Cyprus; no remote or hybrid work opportunities. Relocation support is provided for the candidate and family.

What you will do
- Own the Player Care department's full hiring plan and recruiting pipeline for 24/7 operational roles and senior or niche searches.
- Build structured selection systems with scorecards, interviews, work samples, assessments, and ATS workflow gates.
- Source candidates proactively through Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn, gaming and Trust & Safety communities, and talent-pool reactivation.
- Build market maps, maintain warm candidate pools, and monitor funnel conversions, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
- Partner with the Head of Player Care through weekly profile calibrations and use market data to refine hiring criteria.
- Present relocation offers transparently and support candidates through the closing process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including volume hiring and senior or niche searches.
- Demonstrable proactive sourcing skills and fluency with funnel metrics such as pass-through rates, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
- Experience using structured interviews, scorecards, written screening notes, and manager-led reference checks.
- Ability to design selection processes and explain how interviews, work samples, and tests predict performance.
- Fluent English required.
- Genuine interest in games and willingness to work on-site in Limassol, Cyprus.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Who methodology or topgrading.
- Hiring experience in gaming, Trust & Safety, or support operations.
- Experience building a recruiting function or process from scratch.
- Experience with relocation hiring to Cyprus or similar markets.
