TL;DR
Lead Product Manager (Transaction Platform): Building scalable and reliable transaction platform infrastructure for Mobility, Food, and Mart with an accent on platform strategy, reliability, and reusable solutions across products and markets. Focus on improving cart, order, checkout, and cross-vertical workflows, defining KPIs, and using data and LLMs to validate product iterations.
Location: Onsite at HCMC Office (CMC Creative Space), Vietnam

What you will do
- Define and drive the Transaction Platform Infrastructure product strategy and roadmap.
- Improve reliability and operational excellence across cart, order, checkout, and cross-vertical workflows.
- Partner with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Data Science, Operations, and multiple product teams.
- Run experiments, scale proven platform capabilities, and build reusable solutions for multiple verticals and markets.
- Use data to evaluate product performance, communicate impact, and manage success metrics and KPIs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience, including exposure to platform or transaction-focused domains.
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights that improve reliability and operational outcomes.
- Strong communication skills for simplifying complex technical concepts.
- Experience leading complex projects end-to-end and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive shared objectives.
- Experience using LLMs as a daily co-pilot and vibe-coding to build, test, and validate product iterations.
