What you will do
- Lead daily People Operations across hiring, onboarding, employee relations, governance, compensation and benefits, retention, performance, engagement, and learning and development.
- Advise the country management team on people matters, policies, processes, and workforce planning.
- Provide internal consulting and coach leaders on people decisions and team leadership.
- Drive scalable process improvements and people-related projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Establish People metrics, translate data into recommendations, and implement actions to strengthen culture and performance.
- Oversee the Talent Acquisition strategy and its delivery through Talent Acquisition Business Partners.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience managing HR teams across multiple disciplines.
- Experience with HR audits, compensation and benefits design, and policy setting or redesign.
- Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders and translating data into practical actions.
- Experience partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams while managing multiple time-sensitive workstreams.
- Ability to take ownership, anticipate issues, and drive execution in a dynamic environment.
