EPI Process Engineer IV (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Onsite role with approximately 10% travel; relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $147,000–$202,500 per year.

What you will do

• Design, execute, analyze, and document complex process engineering experiments across multiple products.
• Characterize hardware and complex systems using established and newly developed techniques, methods, and technologies.
• Measure film properties, develop analytical instrumentation, and create process specifications, technical reports, presentations, and other product documentation.
• Plan and execute process engineering projects within safety guidelines and implement new technologies and products.
• Train engineers in measurement techniques, data interpretation, troubleshooting, methodologies, and issue resolution.
• Engage with customers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve complex engineering issues and support technology development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in complex problem solving.
• Ability to lead functional teams or projects as needed.
