What you will do

• Manage loan documentation processes and prepare or review loan documents.
• Identify documentation deficiencies and exceptions for reporting and resolution.
• Advise lending personnel on credit policy, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate documentation efforts with the legal department and external professionals.
• Prepare and review loan reports, monitor documentation performance, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Track documentation timelines, support training, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience with loan documentation processes and review.
• Knowledge of legal requirements, regulatory statutes, credit policy, and compliance procedures.
• Ability to identify and resolve documentation deficiencies and exceptions.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.
