DevSecOps (DSO) Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and maintain a DevOps toolchain platform for a mission-critical program.
• Support platform tenants with CI/CD pipeline implementations.
• Provide engineering, integration, administration, and operational support for secure software factory infrastructure.
• Work with technical leads, architects, government stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, and mission partners on solutions and on-site implementation.
• Track delivery assignments, action items, questions, follow-ups, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of related professional experience in systems engineering, enterprise infrastructure, or DevSecOps implementation.
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, AWS or Azure, Ansible, Python, Terraform, Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and container security.
• Experience supporting DoD or federal government environments and understanding of RMF, STIGs, ACAS, and DoD cybersecurity policies.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Active Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 certification required; CASP+ is also listed.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm charts, Docker, Bash, YAML, infrastructure as code, and systems administration.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or mission systems in DISA environments.
• Strong SDLC knowledge, analytical skills, communication, stakeholder coordination, and priority management.
