Senior Fullstack Developer (Node.js/React)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; office-based role

BrainRocket creates end-to-end technology products for clients across fintech, iGaming, and marketing.

What you will do

• Develop an in-house platform and the company's fintech solution.
• Build new features from scratch.
• Integrate third-party APIs.
• Work with REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, microservices, and high-load databases.
• Participate in bi-weekly Scrum sprints, grooming, and planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial web development experience.
• 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and 3+ years as a React frontend engineer.
• Experience with NextJS, NestJS, Apollo, Material, TypeScript, Git, RabbitMQ, Redis, MongoDB, and MySQL.
• Experience with high-load SQL or NoSQL databases and REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Understanding of TDD principles, test writing, and microservice architecture.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher required.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD, microservices architecture, and containers.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and queue brokers.
