What you will do
- Build and maintain close relationships with VIP players.
- Increase player lifetime value through proactive outbound communication.
- Create monetization activities for VIP players.
- Track and monitor player activity.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the studio.
- Develop new retention strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with customers.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluent English in verbal and written communication is required.
- Goal-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a strong visual eye.
Nice to have
- Experience in customer support, customer success, or a similar role in a B2C company.
- Passion for games.
- Practical Photoshop experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience managing social media channels.
