Senior C++ Developer (Trading Infrastructure)

Location: New York, New York

Annual base pay: $250,000–$300,000, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and develop low-latency trading systems for a Front Office team.
• Build stable, scalable, and optimized infrastructure across the technical stack.
• Identify and investigate technologies that improve trading capabilities.
• Propose ideas and gather requirements for new functionality delivered through short development cycles.
• Collaborate with software developers, traders, quants, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience developing software applications or high-frequency trading infrastructure.
• Strong C++ expertise and understanding of high-performance computing.
• Experience with performance optimization and latency reduction methodologies.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills and high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or a foreign equivalent.
