Quantitative Strategy Developer (Python/C++)

What you will do

• Complete a 10-week quantitative strategy development internship starting in June 2027.
• Develop and analyze trading strategies in collaboration with trading strategy development teams.
• Create and detect signals using data-driven quantitative methods.
• Develop low-latency C++ strategies and work on computationally intensive projects.
• Learn about financial markets and Susquehanna's approach to trading.
• Collaborate with senior developers to build complex trading strategies.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or a closely related STEM discipline.
• Plan to graduate with at least a bachelor's degree and begin full-time employment by August 2028.
• Demonstrate strong software development skills in Python and a compiled language.
• Have experience working with data using Pandas, Polars, or NumPy.
• Demonstrate exceptional quantitative, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
• Visa sponsorship is available for this position.
