What you will do
- Shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality brand and product video content, including advertisements, films, and event coverage.
- Conceive and produce engaging short-form social content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
- Integrate motion design elements such as animated typography and graphic overlays to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing team to define visual standards and content strategies.
- Manage end-to-end production workflows, from storyboarding and shooting to editing and final delivery.
- Direct external production partners and talent to ensure alignment with the brand's visual language.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a videographer and content creator with a strong portfolio.
- Command of the full video production pipeline, including camera operation, lighting, sound, and color grading.
- Proficiency in motion design using After Effects or equivalent software.
- Deep understanding of social-first storytelling and platform-specific engagement strategies.
- Strong narrative instinct and ability to build pace and emotional clarity into content.
- Must be able to work on-site in Metzingen / Riederich, Germany.
