What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize software for next-generation high-end semiconductor processing products.
• Build performance-critical software and efficient data flows for real-time image processing.
• Make technical decisions focused on scalability, performance, and application efficiency.
• Develop software for hardware-dependent devices such as frame grabbers and dedicated boards.
• Profile and optimize software for millisecond-to-sub-millisecond performance requirements.
• Collaborate with systems, architecture, and other software groups and contribute products through production launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional C++ development experience, including C++11/17.
• Experience with Windows development, advanced memory management, and large optimized codebases.
• Experience implementing and optimizing image-processing algorithms, without responsibility for defining the algorithms.
• Knowledge of modern RPC APIs such as gRPC and modern CI practices including Git, unit testing, linting, static code analysis, and automated pipelines.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and collaborate closely with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Linux development experience.
• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, IPP, OpenCV, or Python.
• Experience improving solution quality and defining technical roadmaps.
