Tier 3 Network Security Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Pasig City, Philippines — GLAS Tower, Ortigas Center. Hybrid work setup with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home per week. Shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

What you will do

• Lead response efforts for major security incidents as incident commander, coordinating cross-functional teams, communications, containment, and resolution.
• Conduct advanced investigations using security logs, telemetry, and investigative data sources.
• Handle complex Managed Security Requests requiring expert analysis and correlation of multiple data points.
• Produce incident reports covering root cause, scope, business impact, actions taken, outcomes, and prevention recommendations.
• Perform quality control audits of alert signals and analyst decisions.
• Provide technical guidance, support strategic security initiatives, and improve incident response and operational workflows.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of coursework and professional experience.
• Advanced experience with Endpoint Detection and Response, Security Information and Event Management, and firewall platforms.
• Expertise in incident response, threat investigations, risk mitigation, and security operations decision-making.
• Willingness to work a variable shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Ability to work onsite at GLAS Tower in Pasig City two days per week.
