Technical Lead, Machine Learning

hirify.global is building a proactive AI assistant for everyday conversations, errands, organization, and workflows.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end ML system execution across data pipelines, training workflows, evaluation, inference architecture, and deployment.
• Fine-tune and adapt large models using LoRA, QLoRA, SFT, DPO, and distillation.
• Architect and operate scalable inference systems while balancing latency, cost, reliability, and safety.
• Design training-data systems and evaluation pipelines covering performance, robustness, safety, and bias.
• Optimize GPU-based production deployments for memory efficiency, latency, and scale.
• Collaborate with application engineering to integrate ML systems into backend, mobile, and desktop products.

Requirements

• Experience building or shipping real ML systems used by people, beyond prototypes or demos.
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or JAX.
• Experience with GPU-based training and inference systems.
• Comfort working with large models and understanding their failure modes.
• Ability to write production-grade code, take ownership, make pragmatic decisions, and collaborate clearly.
