Client Operations Intern (Fintech)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid. Working hours are 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CET, with either a Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday schedule.

hirify.global provides a connected banking platform for startups, including accounts, cards, expense management, bill payments, and bookkeeping support.

What you will do

• Communicate directly with clients and resolve day-to-day questions and issues.
• Gather information, investigate possible causes, troubleshoot problems, and identify next steps.
• Develop knowledge of hirify.global’s product, systems, and operational processes.
• Analyze client feedback and recurring issues and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to improve the client experience.
• Explore AI, automation, and modern tools to make support work more efficient.

Requirements

• Strong fluency in spoken and written English.
• Fresh graduate, final-year student, or candidate with a few years of experience; humanities studies are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical thinking, openness to constructive challenges, flexibility, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing team needs.
• No previous experience is required.
